Health and wellness integrated campaign

Creative direction, theme direction, production design

This integrated multi-channel campaign was designed to win new business in healthcare and introduce new audiences to Phase2’s health and wellness expertise. The touchpoints were designed to provide a cohesive and directed experience including a landing page, a series of direct mailers, targeted email, a webinar series, a dimensional mailer, and personalized benchmarking reports to encourage further engagement. The flexible and focused messaging framework used the formula: What Counts is [Patient Engagement, Security, Brand, etc], because What Matters is Health. The dramatic final mailer consisted of a small planter with living plants with the message: What Matters is Health.

Result: This campaign resulted in new business and won the 2018 AMA PDX Marketing Award for best integrated campaign.

Phase2 exhibited solid user-centric copywriting and overall messaging that was empathetic to user motivations. Great use of stats and infographics, strong B2B stuff here without being boring. Strong design and good continuation of brand visual elements across items – a truly cross media integrated campaign. - AMA PDX Judge

Interactive events

Creative direction, event design, brand experience design, theme development

The goal was to be irresistible. For this annual industry event, I worked with my team to design engaging and educational booth experiences that would draw in new business prospects, candidates, and community members while creating a memorable brand experience. This led us to design experiences ranging from a voice and touch activated light up orb, to community sand art project to answer important questions about the future of tech, to a live data visualization installation.

Promoting, amplifying, and celebrating ALPFA Seattle

Creative direction, graphic design, messaging, design mentorship

ALPFA (Association of Latino Professionals For America) has spent the last 47 years empowering and developing Latino men and women as leaders of character for the nation, in every sector of the global economy.

As their marketing and design consultant, I provided creative strategy, design, and messaging to help increase sponsorship, promote their events, and celebrate a year of accomplishments. In addition to my own work, I was honored to mentor a talented designer, working together to update ALPFA’s brand identity and empowering her to confidently apply and extend the brand.
